Engineered Optical Return and Warranty Policy

You have sixty (60) days from the date you receive the glasses to return them for any reason. If you made a mistake during the order, or you just don’t like the glasses, you can return them for a full refund minus a 30% return fee.

If you feel there is a manufacturing error, return the glasses for inspection within the 60-day warranty period. If our inspection shows the glasses were made incorrectly, we will remake them for you at no additional charge.

If you are having problems adapting to your custom eyewear, your eye doctor should reexamine you to determine if the prescription needs to be changed. Engineered Optical will remake the lenses at no cost one time if your doctor determines a change is in order. Additional remakes may be subject to an additional charge.

Please note that we cannot refund or replace eyewear if they are not in their original condition (accidental damage, scratches, wear and tear, breakage, etc.).

Warranties on frames and lenses vary by manufacturer. If your lenses are scratched or your frame is damaged, please bring them in so we can determine if they are covered by warranty.
